Godbunny provides online gaming and betting services subject to these Terms. By registering an account, logging in, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction and not prohibited from online gaming. You must not be physically located in a jurisdiction where use of the platform is illegal or restricted. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful where you reside, and to comply with all applicable laws. If you are found to be underage or using the platform unlawfully, we may terminate or suspend your account and forfeit any funds as permitted by law.
To participate for real money you must open an Account by completing the registration process. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information and keep it up to date. You may have only one active Account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity carried out through your Account. If you suspect a breach of security, you must notify Godbunny immediately. We may suspend or close an account for non-compliance with these obligations or for fraudulent or suspicious activity.
We may verify your identity and age using reliable independent verification services and request documentation to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws. Documentation may include one form of primary photographic identification or two forms of identification, including proof of address. We may also verify identity through automated checks. If verification cannot be completed, or if information provided is false or misleading, deposits, withdrawals, or other transactions may be blocked or the Account closed.
You consent to sharing identification data with such verification providers for the purpose of verification. All data handling will comply with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
Deposits must be funded from a payment source in the name of the Account holder. Godbunny does not extend credit; funds must be provided by you. You may incur fees depending on the chosen deposit method. Some methods may not be available in your jurisdiction. Deposits are credited to your Account upon successful processing by the payment processor. We may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and may require you to set such limits.
We may use Electronic Service Providers to process deposits and withdrawals. You agree to be bound by the terms of use of each provider, and in case of any conflict, these Terms prevail.
Wagering requirements may apply to deposits and bonuses. The standard requirement, unless otherwise stated for a promotion, is at least 5 times the deposited amount prior to a withdrawal. A wagering requirement may be higher for certain promotions, and any promotional funds may be subject to separate terms. Withdrawals are subject to verification, security checks, and any method-specific limitations. The maximum withdrawal amount and any banking charges will apply as published in the Deposit and Withdrawal section. Deposits used to place bets must be fully cleared before withdrawal is permitted. Promotions may be offered from time to time. Each Promotion will have its own terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, applicable time limits, and eligible games. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are satisfied. The value of bonus funds may be removed if not used within the stated period or if the Account is closed or restricted.
Godbunny may suspend or close your Account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent or suspicious activity, or any conduct violating applicable laws or the platform's policies. We will settle any contractual obligations existing at the time of suspension or closure. You may withdraw your remaining Account Balance in accordance with these Terms before closure. We may withhold or forfeit funds in cases of fraud, policy violations, or recovery of funds due to incorrect credits or other errors. All decisions made by Godbunny are final.
If there is no transaction on your Account for a defined period, the Account may be deemed inactive. We will attempt to contact you; if unable to locate you, we may remit the Account Balance to the applicable regulatory authority or remit as required by law. Any promotional bonuses that have not been used within the defined period may be cancelled or removed. Unclaimed balances may be treated in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Godbunny collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. By using the platform you consent to such processing for the purposes of providing services, maintaining account security, and complying with regulatory obligations. We may share information with suitable service providers to support operations and regulatory compliance.
All content and software on the Godbunny platform are owned by or licensed to Godbunny. No content may be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written consent, except as permitted by applicable law or these Terms.
Godbunny provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Godbunny’s liability for direct damages arising from these Terms is limited to the amount of fees paid by you to Godbunny in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from third-party services or external events.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Godbunny operates. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts or by an agreed arbitration forum in that jurisdiction.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications outages, provided that reasonable steps are taken to minimize the effect of such events.
Godbunny may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of changes in the platform or via other reasonable means. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
